Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit to accommodate other patients.
Refund / Payment Policy
Consultation fees are payable upon booking and are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify the clinic in advance to arrange an alternative appointment date and time, subject to availability.
